We have immediate starts for experienced Care Assistants in the Dronfield Area.
We’re looking for experienced Care Assistants to assist the staff in this wonderful residential home in Dronfield. The home supports elderly residents as well as individuals with learning disabilities, and they need friendly, reliable people to join their team on Saturdays and Sundays, working various shifts. Flexibility is a must.
What you’ll be doing:
• Helping residents with their daily routines, activities, and care plans.
• Creating a warm, safe, and positive environment where everyone feels at ease.
• Keeping up with daily tasks and logging quick, accurate paperwork updates.
What we need from you:
• At least three months experience as a Care Assistant.
• A calm and empathetic approach to individuals, connecting with people on their level.
• An enhanced DBS check dated within the last 6 months or one that is on the update service. If not, don’t worry we can facilitate this for you.

To be suitable for this position you must:
– Have at least three months experience within a Care Home Setting.
– Able to provide references covering the last 2 years of work preferably in Care.
– Have an in-date enhanced DBS check dated within the last 6 months, ideally on the update service. If not don’t panic, we can help you.
