Support Worker - Days

Day shifts with weekly pay and immediate starts available!!

This role involves supporting up to 10 residents with varying mental health needs, learning difficulties, and respite care requirements.You will work to maintain individual care plans, assist with daily routines, and provide personal care while helping residents navigate their day-to-day challenges.

Main Duties:

– Follow established care plans to support residents’ daily routines and personal needs.

Assist with day-to-day activities and personal care tasks with discretion and professionalism.

Maintain a stable and reliable presence to help ensure residents’ basic needs and wellbeing are met.

A reliable and patient approach to care work, the ability to handle challenging situations with a calm demeanor, and a willingness to undertake required training are essential for this position.
