Our clients rely on a dedicated team to keep the environment secure, serene, and comfortable once the sun goes down.
We are expanding our night team and looking for observant, dependable Care Assistants for 22:00 (10:00 PM) shift starts.

Core Responsibilities
• Overnight Safeguarding: Perform regular, non-intrusive safety checks across the home to ensure every resident is safe, warm, and resting comfortably.
• Responsive Care: Answer call bells promptly, providing gentle assistance with bathroom visits, mobility, repositioning, or soothing those experiencing nocturnal anxiety.
• Night-to-Day Transition: Assist individuals settling late into the evening and help early risers prepare comfortably before the daytime team takes over.
• Digital Log Keeping: Update daily care records in real time on handheld devices, tracking sleep observations, fluid intake, and overall overnight wellbeing.
• Light Night Duties: Complete key night tasks to keep the home running smoothly, including restocking care supplies, laundering linens, and preparing communal areas for the morning.
