This role is all about helping residents to live happy, enriched lives, providing a friendly face and aiding them in their day-to-day routines. As you get to know the residents you support, you will be able to recognize and help them achieve their personal goals.
Additional responsibilities may also include:
• General Housekeeping Services such as Laundry and cleaning residents’ rooms.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines a per the company’s policy
• Use their bespoke logging system to report their day and to highlight any issues raised.

To be suitable for this role you will require;
– A minimum of 3 months experience within a residential care service
– Have a two-year referenceable work history.
– Have up to date mandatory training documents in Infection control, safeguarding and Moving and Handling
– A DBS Certificate dated within the past 6 months or registered on the update service. If not don’t panic, we can assist you to obtain one at a cost of £49.50.
