– Mealtime Experience: Assist with serving breakfast, lunch, or dinner, encouraging proper nutrition and hydration in a relaxed, social setting.
– Daily Engagement: Spend meaningful time with residents—supporting activities, light hobbies, or conversation throughout the day.
–
Care Records: Keep accurate, up-to-date digital care logs, monitoring wellbeing, mobility, and fluid intake.
– Shift Handovers: Participate in active shift handovers at 07:00 or 14:00 to ensure continuous quality care across team transitions.

– An Enhanced DBS Certificate dated within the past 9 months (or registered on the update service)
– Up to date mandatory training certificates
– Full up-to-date CV
– Referenceable working history with a minimum of 6 months of UK based experience within a residential care setting
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
