Care Assistants – Care of the Elderly – Nights
As with all our vacancies this has the potential to go from a temporary to a permanent role for successful candidates.
The rates of pay for this role are £9.50 to £10.10 per hour.
This service is manned 24 hours a day but in this instance we require our Care Assistants to work Night shifts starting at 2100 to 0700. There are weekend and other shifts available on request.
URGENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR EXPERIENCED CARE ASSISTANTS TO WORK WEEKENDS – Days £9.50 Nights £10.10. We have an exciting opportunity for experienced residential Care Assistants to work for our client in the Mansfield Area. They provide a homely residential setting that has the facilities for 64 residents and specialise in Old Age and has a specialist Dementia Unit on the top floor.
As an experienced Care Assistant you will be required to work alongside the established team of Carers in providing an individualised plan of care taking into account their personal health needs and requirements. You will be required to follow individual care plans and complete paperwork and reporting any problems to the senior members of staff. You will be assisting in the resident’s activities of daily living, including aspects of personal care.
Experience in a similar setting is required with time checkable work history. You must also have up to date Mandatory training documents in Safeguarding, Infection control, Moving & Handling and Hoist Training as a bare minimum or be prepared to do further training. It is also a requirements that you have up to date DBS/ CRB check for adult services, preferably on the update service but not essential as we can perform one for you.
