I am looking for experienced Care Workers to become part of as established. This purpose-built care home is looking for enthusiastic Care individuals that enjoy supporting elderly people with Residential and Dementia Care Needs. You will be working as part of their dynamic team, making sure their clients are well cared for in a dignified and empathetic manner. Dementia care experience would be advantageous but not essential.
Daily tasks will include:
• Attend to client’s activities of daily living ensuring that they are always well hydrated and comfortable.
• General Housekeeping duties such as laundry and cleaning client’s rooms.
• Observations of client’s conditions and reporting accordingly using the company’s reporting systems
• You must always comply with health and safety in a professional manner.
To be a suitable for this position you must have:
– An Enhanced DBS Certificate on the update service or the facilities to be able to pay for one upfront at the cost of £49.50
– Up to date mandatory training certificates in Infection Control, Safeguarding, Moving and Handling and Health and Safety
– A minimum of 3 months experience in a Care Setting
– A two-year referenceable work history
– A bubbly and outgoing personality and a true passion to make the lives of those under your care as fulfilling as possible.
Medication Training and experience is desirable but not essential.
