My client is looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants to integrate into their established team. This purpose-built care home is looking for enthusiastic Care Workers that enjoy supporting elderly people with Residential and Dementia Care Needs in a homely and relaxing environment. Dementia care experience would be advantageous but not essential.
Daily tasks will include:
• Attend to client’s activities of daily living ensuring that they are always well hydrated and comfortable.
• General Housekeeping duties such as laundry and cleaning client’s rooms.
• Observations of client’s conditions and reporting accordingly using the company’s reporting systems
• You must always comply with health and safety in a professional manner.
To be suitable for this position you must have:
– An enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
– Have a referenceable work history
– Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving & Handling training
– At least 3 months experience within a similar setting
