Our client is recruiting experienced Care Assistants for a unique residential service where residents live in their own flats under one roof. You will deliver essential support within a single building, meaning you get a great sense of community without wasting time traveling between locations.
The Role:
• Provide personal care, assist with meal preparation, and handle domestic tasks.
• Administer medication and support residents on local shopping trips.
• Assist semi-independent residents, including double-up care using hoists and mobility aids.
• Deliver planned care calls alongside ad-hoc visits based on resident needs.
What You Need:
• Proven experience as a Care Assistant.
• Competence in medication administration and moving & handling (hoists).
• An adaptable, positive attitude.
