We are currently recruiting dedicated care assistants for ongoing Saturday and Sunday daytime shifts at a wonderful care home with nursing situated in Matlock. What We Are Looking For
• Commuting: Because this home is based in Matlock, you must be comfortable with a slightly longer journey and have reliable transport to make the commute consistently every weekend.
• Background: Applicants are required to have previous, hands-on experience working inside a residential care setting.
• Personality: A friendly, patient, and compassionate nature is essential, alongside a strong work ethic to support your team members.

To be suitable for this position you must have:
– An Enhanced DBS Certificate dated within the past 12 months or an older Enhanced DBS that is registered on the update service
– Up to date mandatory training certificates
– Full up-to-date CV
– A referenceable employment history with one reference referring to a minimum of 6 months of experience within a Residential Care Home.
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
