Key Responsibilities
• Personalized Care: Deliver high-quality personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support, tailored to each resident’s unique needs.
• Care Planning: Follow, maintain, and update individualized care plans to ensure seamless, high-standard support.
• Holistic Wellbeing: Promote residents’ emotional, social, and psychological wellbeing, fostering a warm and positive living environment.
• Independence & Engagement: Encourage daily independence and support residents in participating in meaningful activities and engagement.

What We Are Looking For
• Proven experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker (essential).
• A genuinely compassionate, empathetic, and patient nature.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset.
• Reliability and a commitment to working weekend hours.

Experience & Qualifications

If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!

To apply for this role you must;
– Have referenceable work history
– Hold in-date mandatory training certificates (inc. moving and handling, safeguarding vulnerable adults and infection control)*
– Hold an enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months or registered on the update service*
– Have a minimum of 3 months paid UK work experience working within a care setting.
