The home supports elderly residents living with age-related illnesses, and they need dedicated people who want to deliver a high standard of care and truly make a positive difference to vulnerable lives.

What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting elderly residents with their daily routines, including delivering high-quality personal care.
• Following personalized care plans carefully to ensure every resident’s individual health needs are met.
• Completing daily logs and paperwork accurately to track condition updates.
• Working collaboratively alongside an established team to maintain a warm, rewarding environment.

What we need from you:
• Solid previous experience working as a Care Assistant.
• A naturally warm, compassionate, and dependable attitude.
• An enhanced DBS check (or we can help you get one sorted quickly).

Experience & Qualifications
