We’re looking for compassionate, experienced Care Assistants to join a team at a well-regarded 60-bed residential home. The home specializes in supporting elderly residents living with age-related illnesses such as Dementia and Alzheimer’s, focusing closely on their mental and physical well-being.

What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting residents with their daily routines, including personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
• Spending quality time with residents to support their mental and physical well-being.
• Helping with light housekeeping tasks and following health and safety guidelines.
• Keeping accurate records, reporting condition updates, and logging any incidents to senior staff.

What we need from you:
• Previous experience working as a Care Assistant (experience with Dementia care is a big plus).
• A dedicated, reliable nature and a genuine pride in making a difference to the lives of others.
• An enhanced DBS check (or we can help you get one sorted quickly).

Working Hours: Choose the number of nights you would like to work on a weekly basis! Shifts are available Monday to Sunday with hours being 22:00 to 07:00

Experience & Qualifications

To be suitable for this position you must have:
– An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
– Up to date mandatory training
– A Referenceable work history
– At least 3 months experience within a similar setting

If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
