As a Care Assistant, you are the heart of our community. You’ll help our residents maintain their independence and live with dignity by:
• Providing Personalized Care: Delivering attentive, respectful personal care to both male and female residents.
• Supporting Mobility: Safely assisting residents with movement using specialized equipment (hoists, slings, and rotundas).
• Fueling Wellbeing: Serving delicious meals and tracking vital daily health stats (like fluid intake) to keep everyone thriving.
• Creating a Cozy Home: Lending a hand with light domestic tasks to keep our living spaces clean, warm, and welcoming.

Hourly Rate: You will be paid between £13.25 to £13.75 per hour, depending on experience
Working Hours: You will be working from 07:00 to 14:00 on Saturdays and/or Sundays with afternoon shifts also available if preferred

Experience & Qualifications

To be successful you must have the following:

– An Enhanced DBS Certificate
– Full up-to-date CV with employment history
– At least 3 months of referenceable experience working within formal care home setting
– Be able to provide reference details for two previous care employers, including the most recent employer.

If you do not have up to date training or DBS Certificate we can support you in organising this.

We’re looking for someone who is available across the weekend and can reliably commute to the Bingham area.
