Are you a night owl with a passion for care? – We have flexible night shifts available, offering weekly pay for the hours you work!
As an experience night-time care assistant, you will be working alongside the existing friendly and experienced team to deliver the very best of care. The elderly residents are living with various age-related illness, with the home predominately providing care to those living with various levels of Dementia.
Your duties will include:
– Providing personal care to the residents.
– Assisting the residents with their mobility (inc. use of Hoists)
– Undertaking frequent observation checks throughout the night and ensuring that these are recorded correctly.
– Undertaking the reposition of residents as and when required by their care plans.
– Responding promptly and professionally to residents needs throughout the night.
– Undertaking domestic duties as required.
– Ensuring that health and safety procedures are always followed.

To be suitable for this position you must have:
– An Enhanced DBS Certificate dated within the past 12months or registered on the update service
– Up to date mandatory training certificates
– Full up-to-date CV
– A referenceable work history with at least 3 months of UK based care experience within a care or nursing home
