We’re looking for an experienced Care Assistant to cover early shifts within a residential service where each resident has their own apartment. Care is delivered on-site by a dedicated team, with scheduled calls managed on a rota to meet individual needs—offering the feel of community care without the travel.
The residents are semi-independent, but the role includes personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, domestic duties, and occasional shopping trips in the local area. Some residents require double-up care and assisted moving using hoists and other mobility aids.

To be suitable for this position you must have:
– An Enhanced DBS Certificate that is registered on the update service
– Up to date mandatory training certificates
– Strong experience of the administrating and recording of medication.
– Full up-to-date CV
– The ability to provide professional references covering at least the last 2 years working within formal care settings or community care.
