We are looking for experienced Senior Care Assistants to start immediately to work in Darley Dale area of Matlock. You will be leading a team of Care Assistants, allocating work and supporting when necessary in the care of 24 residents with Old Aged related illnesses. You will be required to administer medicines, update care plans and work with the manager in the daily running of the home.
We require our Senior Care Assistants have 6 months of experience in a similar position to be considered for the role.
You must also have:
• An NVQ LVL 2 as a minimum, or time served with checkable work history
• Up to date Mandatory training documents in Administration of Medicines, Safeguarding, Infection control, Moving & Handling and Hoist Training as a bare minimum.
• Up to date DBS/ CRB check for adult services, preferably on the update service but not essential.
