Flexible Sleep-In Night Shifts for Experienced Support Workers – Derby Area
We’re offering flexible day opportunities for experienced Support Workers to cover sleep-in night shifts at a supported-living unit in Derby. This rewarding role involves working with young people aged 16 and over, helping them develop essential life skills to prepare for independent living by the age of 18.
Many of the service users may have experienced trauma in their past, so we’re looking for calm, patient, and empathetic individuals who can provide consistent support and encouragement. You’ll follow structured care plans to assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and engaging in activities outside the home, all while fostering a safe and supportive environment.
If you’re a team player with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference in young people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you.
To be suitable for this position you must have:

If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
