Join a dedicated team at a welcoming care home in Alfreton, offering short-term residential care for up to 39 residents with age-related health conditions.
We are currently seeking experienced Care Assistants to support our residents with compassion and professionalism. You will work collaboratively with our established care team to deliver personalised care plans tailored to each resident’s individual health needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide high-quality personal care and support with daily living activities.
– Follow and implement individualised care plans.
– Accurately complete documentation and report any concerns to senior staff.
– Offer one-to-one support when required, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
– Promote a positive and enriching environment that enhances the quality of life for our elderly residents.

To be suitable for this position you must have:
– An Enhanced DBS Certificate that is registered on the update service
– Up to date mandatory training
– Full up-to-date CV with employment history
– At least 2 years referenceable experience working within formal care settings
– Be able to provide reference details for two previous care employers, including the most recent employer.
