Key Responsibilities:

– Delivering exceptional personal care in line with individual care plans, using PCS software to ensure accuracy and consistency.
– Administering medication safely and efficiently, with accurate documentation via Atlas eMAR.
– Upholding all Health & Safety standards, including COSHH, Food Hygiene, and Infection Control protocols.
– Collaborating with healthcare professionals to meet the evolving needs of residents.
– Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of care.
– Providing hands-on support to care teams, ensuring daily tasks are completed to a high standard.
– Leading and participating in handovers to ensure continuity and clarity in resident care.
