Calling all experienced care assistants, we want to hear from you! We have the opportunity for **FLEXIBLE HOURS and WEEKLY PAY**.
The care home is located in a beautiful location of Derbyshire with lovely views and a rural feel to the home. There will be up to 40 elderly residents within the home that each have a personalised care plan and likes and dislikes to be catered to.
Duties include:
– Reporting fluid intake
– Complying with requirements of the home
– Maintaining health and safety standards
– Toileting/strip washing and bed bathing the service users
– Providing companionship to the residents
– Conducting moving and handling tasks including the use of hoists and walking/mobility aids
– Helping with general home care and domestic duties

To demonstrate your experience and suitability for the role of you will need:
– An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
– Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving & Handling training
– A Referenceable work history
– At least 3 months experience within a similar setting
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
