The home is a family-run Residential Care Home for people with age related illnesses. They pride themselves on providing luxury, person centred care for all service users. They have a well-trained, welcoming team that ensures high standards of residential care for their residents within a comfortable, compassionate, and caring environment.
Duties include:
– Following personal care plans
– Maintaining health and safety standards and complying with requirements of the home
– General housekeeping and domestic duties
– Reporting condition updates and recording fluid intakes
– Helping patients remain as independent as possible and catering to their likes and dislikes
– Assisting with daily living activities including morning and night-time routines
– Working alongside support workers and care works to provide a complex care package tailored to individual needs
– Toileting/bed bathing and strip washing the service users

To be suitable for this position you must have:
– An Enhanced DBS Certificate that is registered on the update service
– Up to date mandatory training certificates
– Full up-to-date CV
– A minimum of 3 months paid UK experience within a similar setting
