Based in the Alfreton area you would be supporting up to 15 residents all varying in different stages of mental health issues, learning difficulties and respite care. Whilst following personalised care plans, assisting them in their daily activities and some personal care you will be ensuring the residents achieve the best quality of life.
To apply for this role you must;
• Have 3 months experience within a similar care environment
• Have a checkable work history
• Have up to date mandatory training documents, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving & Handling and Infection Control. Should you not have up to date certificates we can offer online training.
• An in date enhanced DBS check. Should your DBS have expired we can offer the facility to arrange a new one for you.
To be suitable for this position you must have:
– An Enhanced DBS Certificate that is registered on the update service
– Up to date mandatory training
– Full up-to-date CV with employment history
– At least 2 years referenceable experience working within formal care settings
– Be able to provide reference details for two previous care employers, including the most recent employer.
