We have a fantastic opportunity to work as a Support Worker in a beautiful supported-living unit within the Sutton-in-Ashfield area.
QS Care are looking for an experienced Support Worker who is energetic, self-motivated and passionate about the role that their work plays in the lives of others.
Working for our agency, you will be providing care within a secure residential setting that has the facilities for 10 residents and specialises in Mental Health Issues, Learning Difficulties and Respite Care.
As an experienced Support Worker, you will be expected to follow individual care plans, reporting any problems accordingly. You must have experience of dealing with residents with the Mental Health issues and a desire to want to assist them in their activities of daily living to stimulate and improve their quality of life.
To demonstrate your experience and suitability for the role of Support Worker you will need:
– An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
– Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving & Handling training
– A Referenceable work history
– At least 3 months experience within a similar setting
