You’ll be part of a dedicated team in a home that caters to individuals with mental health challenges, focusing on personalized care plans and offering a friendly, supportive environment.
Your role will involve teaching essential life skills to young people, helping them achieve independence by the age of 18. Many of our service users have faced traumatic experiences, so we need someone who is calm, patient, and committed to guiding them towards a brighter future.
You’ll be assisting with daily routines and tasks, ensuring a structured and supportive environment.

For this role, you must have;
– A minimum of 3 months experience in a Care environment
– A DBS dated within the last 12 months or the facility to pay for one
– All relevant mandatory training up-to-date and ideally certificates to show for this or the facility to pay for these.
