We have an immediate start opportunity available for an experienced Care Worker based in the Ripley area of Derbyshire.
You will be working in a beautiful 28 bed residential home that provides 24-hour personalised care along with a wide range of services and facilities tailored to the needs of the service users.
Your role will be to encourage the residents to remain as independent as possible and make them live a happy and fulfilled life.
You will be following personalised care plans, ensuring you deliver the highest standard of care.
Your role will involve personal care duties such as bathing and dressing, updating care plans, assisting with the resident’s mobility where it’s required and ensuring their psychological wellbeing is the utmost priority.

If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!

– Hold in-date mandatory training certificates (inc. moving and handling, safeguarding vulnerable adults and infection control)*
– Hold an enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months or registered on the update service*
– Have a minimum of 3 months paid UK work experience working within a care setting.
