QS Care need experienced and compassionate support workers to work for our client’s residential home based in Nottingham. You will be supporting residents with mental health, learning disabilities and autism requirements on an ongoing basis. You will be assisting residents with daily activities, with the aim to stimulate and improve their quality of life. This support work will require an aspect of one to one care with people in personalised living quarters, but the existing team or care assistants will be able to assist if needed. This role is both physically and mentally demanding so you must have relevant care experience. You should have a caring and passionate nature, as the home delivers a high standard of care.

Hourly Rate: The rate of pay is £12 an hour.
Working Hours: This service is staffed 24 hours per day but they are looking for Carers to work a variety of shifts, mornings afternoons or nights. Weekend support is also required and will be paid at a premium.

Experience & Qualifications

For this role, you must have;
– A minimum of 3 months experience in a Care environment
– A DBS dated within the last 12 months or the facility to pay for one
– All relevant mandatory training up-to-date and ideally certificates to show for this or the facility to pay for these.
