Job Description

IMMEDIATE STARTS – SUPPORT WORKERS URGENTLY REQUIRED – GOOD RATES OF PAY. Our client in the Ollerton Area is seeking experienced Support Workers to work within their lovely Day Centre supporting their regular care staff in providing a high standard of care. This day centre specialises in supporting individuals with Autistic Spectrum Disorders and Learning Difficulties helping promote independent living skills through gardening, kitchen work and craft rooms.

As an experienced Support Worker it is desirable that you have experience of dealing with clients with Autistic Spectrum Disorders. You will be assisting them in their activities of daily living to stimulate and improve their quality of life. We require our Support Workers to have sound qualifications in Health and Social Care with all your relevant mandatory training being relevant and up to date. This role is both physically and mentally demanding so you must have relevant care experience. You will be expected to work alongside the established team of Carers in providing a complex care package tailored to individual needs.

Experience & Qualifications

• Practical Moving and Handling certificate
