We have an immediate start position offering ongoing flexible weekly work for a Support Worker in a beautiful home located in the rural location in the Staffordshire Countryside.
This small home accommodates up to 11 service users and they specialise in the care of:
– Learning disabilities
– Mental health conditions
– Physical disabilities
– Sensory impairments
Your role will be to follow individual personalised care plans with helping the residents to live as independently as possible. There may be aspects of personal care that would need to be carried out.
Every day will be different in this role, but other responsibilities may include reporting condition updates, reporting any incidents to senior staff and general housekeeping.

To demonstration you experience and suitability for the role of Support Worker you will need:
– An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
– Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving & Handling training
– A Referenceable work history
– At least 3 months experience within a similar setting
Due to the location of the home, it is recommended that you have access to your own transport.
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
