Weekend Support Worker

Job Description

We are seeking Support Workers for immediate starts to assist with providing a positive impact to young adults who are living with mental health conditions, learning and physical disabilities.

You will be the friendly face responsible for physical and psychological wellbeing. There are aspects of personal care and hoisting involved in this role.

You will support service users overcome any personal challenges that they face and push them into the right direction to overcome these.

Each day in this role will be different but the main focus will be to provide daily support to these young adults and be a familiar face that they trust and engage with.

Hourly Rate: The rate of pay for this role is between £9.50 to £10.50 per hour, depending on the hours worked.
Working Hours: We have a range of shifts available over the weekend. You can choose the shift pattern that suits you best and the weekends you'd like to work!

Experience & Qualifications

For this role, you must have;
– Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
– A minimum of 3 months experience in a Care environment
– A DBS dated within the last 12 months or the facility to pay for one
– All relevant mandatory training up-to-date and ideally certificates to show for this or the facility to pay for these.
