*Immediate starts – up to £11.00 per hour!*

We are looking for experienced residential Care Assistants to work for our client in Kirkby in Ashfield Area, within their homely care home supporting their regular care staff in providing a high standard of care to their residents. This lovely care home can house up to 42 residents with conditions related to Old Age. The dedicated team of Carers specialise in providing a full care package to encompass activities that promotes wellbeing for their residents in a supportive and secure environment.

You will be paying attention to their individual care plans and providing a level of care tailored to their needs.

All our Care Assistants must have sound qualifications in Health and Social Care and all mandatory training must be up to date, especially Moving and Handling with Hoist Training.

As an experienced Care Assistant, you must have experience of dealing with residents with Dementia, Old Age and Physical Disabilities and a desire to want to assist them in their activities of daily living to stimulate and improve their quality of life. You will also need to record and report any problems as they arise.

Hourly Rate: The rate of pay will be between £10.00 and £11.00 per hour depending on the shift worked.
Working Hours: The shift will be 08:00-15:00 or 15:00-22:00 between Monday and Sunday. There are additional shifts available at night if requested.

Experience & Qualifications

To be suitable for this position you must have:
– An enhanced adult DBS dated within the last 12 months
– Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving & Handling training
– At least 3 months experience within a similar setting
