Our client is seeking experienced Care Assistants to cover daytime hours throughout the week across the Matlock area and its picturesque neighbouring villages.
Using your valuable knowledge and experience, you will empower residents by assisting with their daily living activities, always delivering a person-centred approach tailored to detailed care packages.
Working side-by-side with our established team of Carers and Nurses, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of each shift. Your duties will include supporting personal care, moving and handling, light housekeeping, and accurately recording information to feed back to senior staff.

To be suitable for this position you must have:
– An Enhanced DBS Certificate dated within the past 12 months or an older Enhanced DBS that is registered on the update service
– Up to date mandatory training certificates
– Full up-to-date CV
– A referenceable employment history with one reference referring to a minimum of 6 months of experience within a Residential Care Home.
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
