My client is looking for experienced Care Workers to become part of their team. This purpose-built care home is looking for enthusiastic Care individuals that enjoy supporting elderly people with Residential and Dementia Care Needs. You will be working as part of their dynamic team, making sure their clients are well cared for in a dignified and empathetic manner. Dementia care experience would be advantageous but not essential.
Daily tasks will include:
• Attend to client’s activities of daily living ensuring that they are well hydrated and comfortable at all times.
• General Housekeeping duties such as laundry and cleaning client’s rooms.
• Observations of client’s conditions and reporting accordingly using the company’s reporting systems
• You must comply with health and safety at all times in a professional manner.
For this role, you must have;
– A least 3 months experience in an Elderly Care environment
– A DBS dated within the last 6 months, registered on the update service, if not we can perform a DBS on your behalf at a cost of £49.50
-Up to Date relevant mandatory training in Moving and Handling, Infection Control and Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and ideally the certificates to show for this or we can assist you to access online training platforms.
