We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers to support a single service user on a two-to-one basis.
This role is based in a supportive residential environment that focuses on personalised care plans and empowering the service user. We are looking specifically for people with previous experience with Autism and Learning disabilities and ADHD.
Throughout the day you will be supporting the service user with their daily life, including trips out into the local community / activities. You’ll follow structured routines and care plans, assisting with daily tasks and encouraging independence in a safe, nurturing setting.
We are looking for support workers to work full-time days.

For this role, you must have;
– A referenceable work history covering recent experience supporting service users living with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
– A DBS dated within the last 12 months or the facility to pay for one
– All relevant mandatory training up-to-date and ideally certificates to show for this or the facility to pay for these.
– Ability to reliably commute 20-30mins from Nottingham City Centre
– Available for immediate starts
