Care Assistant - Complex Care - Days

Please note that this position is open to UK applicants only

Job Description

Looking for a rewarding, focused care role with great flexibility?

We are looking for a reliable and positive Care Assistant to support a single male service user with complex care needs right in your local area. You will be working as part of a dedicated two-carer team to deliver a high-quality, tailored care package in a comfortable home environment.

Think of us as your shortcut to the best local shifts—you tell us your availability, and we handle the rest. Simple as that.

What you’ll be doing:
• Working alongside another carer to assist with morning and night-time routines, including personal care.
• Helping the service user stay as independent as possible while catering to his personal likes and dislikes.
• Managing daily living activities, keeping accurate fluid intake records, and reporting health updates.
• Keeping the environment clean, tidy, and safe by handling light domestic and housekeeping duties.

What we need from you:
• Previous experience working in a care setting (complex care experience is a great bonus).
• A brilliant team player with a caring, positive, and adaptable attitude.
• An enhanced DBS check (or we can help you get one sorted quickly).

Why you’ll love it:
• Focused care: Enjoy the consistency of supporting a single individual rather than a large ward.
• Total control: Choose the hours and shift patterns that work best for your lifestyle.
• Weekly pay: Money in your account every week, no long waits.
