Key Responsibilities
• High-Standard Care: Deliver exceptional personal care, ensuring the comfort, hygiene, and dignity of all residents.
• Care Plan Adherence: Follow individualised care plans precisely to meet the unique physical and emotional needs of each resident.
• Accurate Documentation: Complete daily paperwork, logs, and reports accurately to maintain seamless continuity of care.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively, professionally, and harmoniously alongside the existing care team.

• Previous experience in a residential or elderly care setting (preferred).
• A compassionate, patient, and highly professional attitude.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.

Hourly Rate: You will be paid £12.71 per hour, increasing to £13.33 per hour after 13 weeks of continuous work
Working Hours: Shift times will be between 07:00 to 14:30 over the weekend

Experience & Qualifications

For this role, you must have;
– A minimum of 3 months experience in a Care environment
– A DBS dated within the last 6 months, registered on the update service or the facility to pay for one
– All relevant mandatory training up-to-date and ideally certificates to show for this or the facility to pay for these.
– Referenceable work history covering the past 2 years
– A passion to make a difference
