• Conducting regular checks throughout the night to ensure a safe, peaceful, and comfortable environment.
• Providing vital emotional support or companionship to service users who may wake up or feel unsettled during the night.

What we need from you:
• Solid previous experience working as a Support Worker (experience with night shifts, learning disabilities, or Autism is a big plus).
• A reliable, attentive nature and a passion for making a positive impact, even in the quiet hours.
• An enhanced DBS check (or we can help you get one sorted).

Why you’ll love it:
• Perfect for Night Owls: Keep your days completely free for family, studies, or personal hobbies.
