Waking nights available for experienced Support Workers within the rural surrounds of Burton! – offering flexible working and weekly pay!
This rewarding role involves working with young people aged 16 and over, helping them develop essential life skills to prepare for independent living by the age of 18.
Many of the service users may have experienced trauma in their past, so we are looking for calm, patient, and empathetic individuals who can provide consistent support and encouragement. You will follow structured care plans to assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and engaging in activities outside the home, all while fostering a safe and supportive environment.

Don’t have a valid DBS and/or training?? Do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
To apply for this role, you must;
– Have referenceable work history
– Hold in-date mandatory training certificates (inc. moving and handling, safeguarding vulnerable adults and infection control)*
– Hold an enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months or registered on the update service*
– Have a minimum of 3 months paid UK work experience working within a care setting.
