We’re recruiting for a night’s care assistant role based in the heart of Worksop.
Our client is seeking experienced Care Assistants to assist in the care and support of the elderly in a care centre based in Worksop. You will be assisting the established team of Carers in delivering a high standard of Care to service users. You will be attending to their activities of daily living and will be dealing with clients with a wide range of physical and mental disabilities. Dementia care experience would be advantageous also. Daily tasks will include:
• Attend to client’s daily Hygiene and Nutritional needs
• Housekeeping duties
• Observations of client’s conditions and reporting accordingly
• Complying with health and safety
• Completion of paperwork when required.
To be suitable for this position you must have:
– An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
– Up to date mandatory training
– A Referenceable work history
– At least 3 months experience within a similar setting
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
