Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for weekly paid hours for a hardworking experienced Care Assistant to work with Alzheimer’s and other age-related conditions.

You will be working in a lovely residential home in Nottingham where you will be helping assist residents as they go about their daily activities, keeping the residents entertained, whilst also helping them with their day to day lives, promoting their independence.

Duties will include: –
• Assisting with movement and handling equipment
• Personal Care
• Serving of meals
• Companionship and friendship

Experience & Qualifications

To be considered for this position you must have the following: –

• Proven experience within a similar care environment in the same role
• Have a checkable work history
• Have up to date mandatory training documents, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving & Handling, and Infection Control. Should you not have up to date certificates we can offer online training at a subsidised fee
• Have an in date enhanced DBS check, if your DBS have expired, we can offer the facility to arrange a new one for you.
