QS Care are currently recruiting experienced care assistants to join our healthcare team working in the Nottingham, NG14 area.
As part of our successful team, you will be working in one of our client’s nursing home environments caring for residents under your care.
You will be ensuring that you help with the residents physical and mental well-being by providing high levels of care.
You will use your knowledge and experience to assist the residents with their activities of daily living providing a care centred approach round their detailed care package. Our Care assistants are required to have sound experience in Health and Social Care.
You will be expected to work alongside the established team of Carers and Nurses assisting them with the smooth day to day running of the care home.
Additional duties may include: –
• Personal Care
• Housekeeping duties
• Completion of paperwork
• Assisting with feeding, dressing, bathing.
• Supporting the individuals with their emotional and physical needs

To be considered for this rewarding role you must have the following: –
• You must have proven experience within a similar care environment
• Have a checkable work history
• Have up to date mandatory training documents, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving & Handling, and Infection Control. Should you not have up to date certificates we can offer online training, with an added fee
• Have an in date enhanced DBS check, if your DBS have expired, we can offer the facility to arrange a new one for you.
