£9.40 days £9.90 nights

Working hours:

Weekends. Variety of shift patterns available: 6am-2pm 2pm-10pm 10pm-6am

Job Description

Fantastic opportunity to work in an award winning residential home.
£8.40 per hour. Days 6am-2pm. Immediate starts.

We are currently seeking experienced care assistants to work in a lovely residential home just south of Lincoln central. They provide residents with a secure, relaxed and homely environment in which they aim to meet all requirements of care and enhance the quality of life of residents.

Residents with dementia and other related needs can be accommodated here in personalised rooms, which will have signs, symbols and memory boards to help with orientation.
The home also has a programme of structured activities and outings for their residents.

You will be required to assist the residents with activities such as:
Washing & Dressing
Toileting & Personal Care
Moving and Hoisting
Assisting with meals and feeding
Assisting with activities and outings

You must have experience as you will be required to jump straight in after a short induction.

Experience & Qualifications

*Up to date DBS (within the last 12 months) or be able to pay for a new one upfront. *Up to date mandatory training in Safeguarding, Infection Control & Moving&Handling. *Minimum of 3 months recent experience.
