Job Description

We have a vacancy for a Care Assistant for our client in a residential care home based in the Lincoln area. The home cares for elderly residents with dementia and has facilities for 26 residents. As a care assistant, you will be required to attend to residents’ personal care needs which may include partaking in recreational activities. You will be required to support with feeding, bathing and dressing. There may be an element of one-to-one care should a resident return from hospital and require additional support. You will be required to keep care plans up to date by reporting any changes in the residents’ behaviour and any changes in habits from the care plans.
