The rate of pay will be between £11.24 and £12.70 per hour depending on the shift worked.

Working hours:

The Night shift will be from 22:00 - 07:00 between Monday and Sunday.

Job Description

Exciting new opportunity for Agency Care Assistants to cover Nights throughout the week, with competitive pay.

We need Experienced Care Assistants to work in the Tibshelf Area of Alfreton to start work immediately.

Working for our agency, you will provide high quality care to their 40 residents with Illnesses related to Old Age. You will be required to work alongside the established team of Carers in providing an individualised plan of care taking into account their personal health needs and requirements.
As an experienced Care Assistant you will be required to follow individual care plans and complete paperwork and reporting any problems to the senior members of staff. You will be assisting in the resident’s activities of daily living, including aspects of personal care. You will be expected to work on a one to one basis with some residents at times. You must have an awareness and passion to work with the Elderly, enhancing their quality of life.


Experience & Qualifications

To apply for this role, you must have the following experience: • Safeguarding training within 1 year • Infection Control training within 1 year • Moving and Handling training within 1 year • A DBS check for adults services dated within the last 12 months preferably on the update service • A minimum of 3 months experience in a Health and Social Care environment QS Care can provide training opportunities for candidates with training that has expired. Additionally, we can arrange a DBS application on behalf of the candidate where the last check was done over 1 year ago and is not on the update service.
